Locks, handle sets, and deadbolts will be shipped via FED EX ground unless otherwise specified.

We cannot accept returns on locks, handle sets, deadbolt, and parts.

Safes can be picked up at our location via will call (not responsible for damage to vehicle due to weight of safes) or shipped via Common Carrier Collect. You may choose one carrier that you are familiar with or we will pick one for you. All safes are shipped Freight Collect. Any damage resulting from shipping must be acknowledged upon receiving the safe and a claim filed with the carrier. Smitty's Locks and Doors, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage due to shipping.

For Delivery and Installation of a safe within our service area, please call or e-mail us for a quote.  Please have the following information available: - Address - Whether it's located on the 1st or 2nd floor - The number of stairs - What kind of flooring. We cannot drill into marble floors. Smitty's Locks and Doors is not responsible for damages if the above information is incorrect. Extra charges may apply.

If there is a problem with a safe or wood door keys please call our customer service department at 800-723-9500, ext. RA and we will resolve the issue.

All sales are final.  Safes are not returnable.
